The Vice President of Sales, North America (Life) will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, North America and serve as a key member of the regional Sales leadership team, owning the sales initiatives within the Life & Annuities (L&A) vertical. This executive will own and drive a large part of North American sales strategy, driving new logo acquisitions, account expansion, and long-term revenue growth through our Sales and Client Partner organizations. This role requires a transformational leader who combines strategic vision with operational rigor – someone who can set direction, build scalable sales strategies, and consistently execute against aggressive growth targets. The VP will be accountable for pipeline health, revenue performance, and market expansion, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for North American sales and business development within SaaS Cloud environment, driving sustainable revenue growth across new and existing customers.

Help define and execute the North America go-to-market and sales strategy, with a strong focus on market expansion, pipeline creation, and enterprise opportunity development.

Establish ambitious revenue and pipeline targets, and ensure the organization is equipped with the processes, tools, and talent required to exceed them.
