The Global Strategic Accounts Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for Neogen’s most significant global customers. As a member of the Global Strategic Accounts team, this role partners closely with commercial leaders across regions and business units to deliver a coordinated, enterprise-wide approach to managing multinational customer relationships.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Strategic Accounts, the Director serves as the strategic leader for an assigned portfolio of high-value global accounts, building executive relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across geographies. This role establishes best practices in strategic account management and collaborates across the organization to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Neogen is seeking a strategic, commercially focused Global Strategic Accounts Director to lead and grow relationships with a portfolio of high-value multinational customers. In this Director-level role, you will develop and execute enterprise-wide account strategies, build trusted executive partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and business units.
