Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for

* Leads Gastro Health's enterprise Integration Management Office and oversees the successful onboarding, stabilization, and optimization of acquired practices, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. This role manages integration portfolios, prioritizes resources, mitigates risks, tracks performance, and escalates issues to senior leadership. The Director supervises two Managers of Integration Operations and collaborates with physicians, operational leaders, support functions, external partners, and transaction stakeholders to ensure integrations are standardized, timely, and aligned with organizational objectives. Strong project management, analytical, communication, and process-improvement skills are essential for driving operational efficiency and supporting high-quality patient care.
