Broker of Record - Head of Brokerage Operations

Haccretion is building a connected real estate ecosystem designed to bring property discovery, property data, professional identity, social networking, communication, brokerage operations and transaction infrastructure into one network.

At the center of Haccretion's transaction strategy is Thannhauser Estates, the company's integrated real estate brokerage.

We are seeking an experienced Broker of Record / Head of Brokerage Operations to help establish and operate the brokerage from its foundational stage.

This is not a traditional producing-broker position.

This individual will be responsible for helping build and oversee the real estate brokerage operation itself—including brokerage compliance, agent supervision, transaction oversight, policies and procedures, licensing infrastructure and the operational systems required to scale Thannhauser Estates into additional markets.

The person joining Haccretion in this position will have the opportunity to become one of the company's senior real estate executives as the brokerage expands.

The Role

The Broker of Record will serve as a foundational leader responsible for translating Haccretion's brokerage strategy into a functioning, compliant and scalable real estate organization.

You will work directly with Haccretion's founder while helping establish the operating structure beneath Thannhauser Estates.

Your responsibilities will include oversight of brokerage operations; regulatory and licensing compliance; supervision of affiliated agents and brokers; transaction and contract oversight; development of brokerage policies and procedures; risk management; agent onboarding and standards; brokerage recordkeeping; commission and transaction processes; expansion into additional markets; and coordination between brokerage operations and Haccretion's technology platform.

Where appropriate, the Broker of Record may also participate directly in transactions and production.
