has an exciting career opportunity available as a Regional Vice President for our Referral Management & Analytics service line. This role operates within the Referral Management & Analytics service line and requires demonstrated experience leading operations in a high-volume, physician-referral-driven healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing distinct teams focused on both referral coordination and outreach, and data-driven analytics used to identify volume trends, at-risk referral sources, and growth opportunities. This role requires deep expertise in navigating physician office relationships, referral workflow and EMR/ordering systems, and the reporting frameworks needed to translate referral data into actionable retention and growth strategies.

Beyond the operational skill set, this role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to translate operational performance into the financial terms our clients’ senior leadership relies on to make decisions. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, growth-oriented mindset – someone who can think several steps ahead about a client’s business, connect the dots between day-to-day operational performance and broader financial outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate their financial pressures while identifying the best path to grow their business.
