Role Description
Proventus Analytics is seeking a Director of Business Development — Healthcare Data & AI to help build our next phase of growth.
This is a contract, remote role (~20 hours/week) focused primarily on new client acquisition across U.S. health systems, academic medical centers, provider organizations, and healthcare technology organizations.
You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, creating executive relationships, originating qualified opportunities, and managing the business development cycle from first conversation through signed engagement.
You will work directly with the Founder and senior technical leadership to shape solutions, proposals, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
This is a hands-on business development role. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities — not simply manage an existing pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proven experience originating and closing B2B consulting or technology services engagements.
- Strong network and experience selling into U.S. healthcare organizations.
- Experience building qualified pipeline from prospecting, relationships, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Understanding of healthcare data, analytics, AI, interoperability, or cloud modernization.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or Azure.
- Ability to engage CI
