About the Role

Leap Health is hiring its first dedicated physician leader in provider engagement and clinical governance. The Medical Director, Clinical Partnerships will extend Leap’s clinical leadership into the physician-to-physician conversations and external partnerships that are increasingly important as we scale: engaging directly with prescribers to navigate complex clinical and safety concerns, shaping and signing off on clinical protocols and drug strategy, and representing Leap’s clinical perspective with manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, and health plan partners.

The role owns physician leadership across the provider escalation workflow, the Clinical Governance Committee, and the Clinical Optimization program, partnering closely with the Clinical Strategy & Affairs team and reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Strategy & Affairs. As Leap’s partnership footprint grows, this role will become an increasingly important external clinical voice for the company.
