About the Role

The General Manager, Healthcare Analytics Solutions is the strategic leader accountable for the long-term success of Lumelight's Self-Insured Reporting (SIR) business and future analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare claims data and business strategy: the GM ensures SIR delivers accurate, trusted, actionable analytics to self-insured employers today, while building Lumelight's roadmap toward more advanced analytics that help employers proactively manage healthcare spend and improve outcomes for their employee populations.
