Deputy Ops Director

This role supports the Operations Director in running the organization efficiently while driving revenue, market expansion, and new business opportunities.

Core Operational Leadership Duties

• Operational Oversight: Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic plan, quarterly objectives, and long-term goals.
• Process & Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures; ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements; manage audits and corrective actions.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets; forecast, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet fiscal targets.
• Performance Management: Establish program metrics; use data-driven analysis to improve operations and report impact to leadership.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performing leadership teams; hire, coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews; maintain succession plans.

Business Development Responsibilities

* Market & Opportunity Analysis: Identify and assess market trends, customer needs, and potential new markets or services. * Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with partners, vendors, and potential clients to expand reach and revenue. * Proposal & Sales Support: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business plans to secure new contracts, grants, or funding. *
