United States (Remote, Flexible Travel)

$175k – $200k base + Commission + Equity

Storm3 is working with a digital health firm operating at the cutting edge of chronic care. On a mission to revolutionize cardiometabolic wellness, they deploy intelligent, individualized digital tools as a trusted tech partner to the broader healthcare sector. The company is expanding their sales team and bring on an individual contributor who focuses on health plans sales.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Health Plans/Payor sales experience
• Experience in Digital Health
• Fast-paced, mission-driven individual
• HealthTech experience is required or you’ll be automatically rejected

Responsibilities

• Own health plan revenue / bookings targets (MA, Commercial, Medicaid, etc.)
• Lead new logo acquisition of payer accounts
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals with national/regional health plans

Benefits

• Base: $175k – $200k
• OTE: $350k – $400k
