The Company

Storm3’s client is a HealthTech company using AI to help health plans and provider organizations improve member engagement, quality outcomes, and operational performance. Operating across Medicare Advantage, Population Health, and Value-Based Care, they’ve built a platform that helps organizations identify which members need intervention, when outreach should happen, and what actions are most likely to drive results.

The business has reached the stage where customer relationships are becoming increasingly strategic. They need someone who can sit in a room with payer executives, understand the commercial and operational challenges they’re facing, and connect those challenges to measurable outcomes through technology and services.

The Role

The person who succeeds here will be comfortable operating in the space between strategy consulting, payer operations, enterprise sales, and executive relationship management. You’ll be expected to engage senior healthcare leaders on topics ranging from Stars performance and member experience to care management, population health strategy, and growth initiatives. Then you’ll translate those conversations into solutions that create value for both the customer and the business.

The role reports directly to the CEO and carries significant visibility across the organization. You’ll have real influence over customer strategy, commercial growth, product direction, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

* Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Stars, Quality Programs, Member Experience, Care Management, Population Health, and Value-Based Care. * Experience working with or within payer organizations and a strong understanding of health plan operations. * Proven ability to lead consultative customer engagements and develop
