Position Summary

Nsight Health is seeking a senior compliance executive to own clinical and billing compliance across our remote care programs and to lead our strategic posture with payors—including audits, intakes, recoupments, and coverage standards. Stepping into an established seat, your mandate will be to elevate our current foundation to scale alongside our rapid patient volume growth.

This is not a passive, policy-and-training compliance role. Our revenue is CMS-regulated at the CPT-code level, our payor relationships run through formal audit and intake processes, and our compliance posture is a direct input to enterprise deals and strategic diligence. You have likely sat on the payor side, or spent a career across the table from payors, and know how coverage decisions, audits, and recoupments actually work from the inside. This role will serve as Nsight’s compliance voice in enterprise sales, handle audit postures with regulators, and ensure the company remains acquisition-ready at all times.
