Job Description: Role Overview SymphonyAI Retail is seeking a Vice President of CINDE Merchandising to serve as a senior hunter sales leader driving large scale, net new revenue growth. This role owns the expansion of SymphonyAI’s CINDE platform across global retail organizations, with a focus on AI led Merchandising Intelligence, Assortment Optimization, and advanced Generative AI capabilities. This is a hands on, quota carrying role for a proven enterprise sales leader who thrives in complex, consultative environments and consistently delivers transformational platform deals. Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Ownership and Growth* Own and deliver $25M or more in net new bookings across Merchandising Intelligence, Assortment, and CINDE AI solutions * Build and maintain a minimum 3x pipeline coverage aligned to SymphonyAI Retail FY26 growth objectives * Drive sustained new logo acquisition and platform expansion within large, global retail enterprises

CINDE Platform and AI Leadership

* Serve as a senior evangelist for CINDE 3.0, Generative AI, Agentic automation, and Promo Optimization capabilities * Articulate SymphonyAI’s Connected Retail vision and AI differentiation through executive level value narratives * Translate advanced AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for retail leaders
