Vice President, Operations

The Vice President, Operations will direct the development of data strategies and processes to support the V Foundation’s current and future data asset requirements to meet annual and long-term business goals and objectives. This role will work cross-functionally with each department to manage current and implement new administrative, data, and technology systems that drive growth and efficiency. The position will lead a team of at least two direct reports and ten total staff to meet the current and evolving needs of the organization through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

The Vice President, Operations will lead all organizational efforts related to data management, information technology, and analytics to improve internal efficiencies and overall fundraising efforts. Effectively convey data management strategy and the Operations department’s vision to senior leadership and staff. This leader will manage the full integration of third-party IT expertise, including vendor management, support, assessment, and implementation, across functional teams. Cybersecurity and network infrastructure are currently managed through an external provider; this role manages that relationship and will be responsible for assessing its continued effectiveness for the organization. The individual will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive operational effectiveness, while building new data and technology capabilities that advance the V Foundation’s mission.

Additionally, the Vice President, Operations will serve as the organization's primary steward of its physical workspace, overseeing the operation, safety, and maintenance of the V Foundation's headquarters building, and ensuring the office environment supports staff productivity and organizational growth.
