Overview: Scope of Responsibilities: The Vice President of Pharmacy Solutions will provide executive leadership of Vertex, including strategy, growth, and performance of all pharmacy solutions offerings. In this role, they will be responsible for developing and executing upon divisional plans to meet and exceed overall corporate goals.Job Summary: The Vice President of Pharmacy Solutions serves as the divisional leader for Vertex, operating as a core division within KPH Healthcare Services. The Vice President of Pharmacy Solutions is responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, and growth of Vertex. This role drives the development, commercialization, and execution of pharmacy solutions, including formulary strategy, rebate optimization, and analytics offerings. The Vice President of Pharmacy Solutions will lead market expansion efforts, establish key partnerships, and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives. Responsibilities: * + Strategic Leadership + Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Vertex + Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform proactive strategy + Identify and launch new pharmacy solution offerings aligned with market needs + Product & Solutions Development + Oversee development and commercialization of formulary, rebate and analytics solutions + Establish scalable, market-ready products for employer, consultant, and health plan segments + Drive innovation across PBM-aligned solution sets + Partnership & Vendor Strategy + Lead negotiation and management of key vendor relationships + Optimize rebate GPO and formulary partnerships + Identify new strategic alliances to expand capabilities + Commercial & Market Growth + Lead and support enterprise sales strategy and client engagement + Align with internal sales leadership and external consulting partners + Develop go-to-market strategies for Vertex solutions + **Analytics & Financial Insight
