About the Role

We are seeking to hire a Vice President of Field Sales, who will oversee our Majors and Enterprise segments. Reporting up to you will be a team of Regional Sales Directors in the East Region that will help push initiatives and achieve company sales targets.

What You'll Do

• Provide management oversight to your team within the Region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Communicate corporate strategy to employees within your Region.
• Plan and direct activities including planning and implementing forecasts, marketing pro
