ABOUT THE ROLE

As Daymark's Senior Director of Provider Growth, you will be a key driver of Daymark's provider network. Reporting to the VP of Provider Growth, you will sit at the critical intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for convincing the nation's leading oncology practices that Daymark is their partner of choice in the shift to value-based care.

Your mission is to build a dual-sided network by moving from high-level "vision" talks to paper on the table—making it easy for provider groups to say yes through clean economics, clear workflows, and simple integration. You will spend your time on the road, building deep relationships with independent practices, academic centers, and large oncology networks.
