Summary of the role

The Director of Client Acquisition & Marketing leads homeowner acquisition for the Single-Family Solar workstream and is accountable for generating and converting enough homeowner interest to achieve annual application, contract, and installation goals.

The Director integrates central marketing, Intake, regional acquisition, referrals, reactivation, and partnerships into one measurable plan. The Director establishes shared targets, priorities, and performance expectations, while functional managers and regional leaders develop and execute strategies for their channels.

Initially, the Director will also lead central marketing strategy and campaign execution, including multiregional digital campaigns, website conversion, email and SMS, paid and social media, and campaign testing. The Director reports to the Single-Family General Manager and directly supervises the Senior Client Acquisition Marketing Coordinator and Intake Team Manager.
