We're modernizing our data organization — building a foundation that connects data across the company instead of leaving it siloed. As Senior Director of Data, you'll own our data strategy, analytics, data science, data governance, and AI enablement, and partner with leaders across the company to improve how data informs operational and strategic decisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set a multi-year data strategy while staying close enough to the work to guide your team through a real platform and skills transition — modernizing legacy reporting infrastructure, building a data science function from the ground up, and creating the connectivity that makes data accessible across the organization rather than locked in silos.

What You'll Do : *You're accountable for the full data function — strategy, platform, talent, and governance — operating at both the strategic and hands-on level:*

• Own the data strategy and roadmap. Set and communicate a multi-year plan — migration milestones, team growth, investment asks — and serve as the go-to voice on data strategy for senior leadership.
• Modernize the platform and retire legacy systems. Own the transition off Crystal Reports and Oracle onto Databricks and Power
