(NFF) seeks a strategic, creative, and relationship-driven Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships to expand and steward corporate partnership strategy to support the health and sustainability of our National Forests. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented fundraising leader who is energized by building new partnerships, solving complex challenges, and driving growth. They are a confident decision-maker, skilled relationship builder, and collaborative leader who can balance competing priorities while advancing ambitious organizational goals. The NFF is pleased to offer a regular, full-time position to a candidate who will work remotely and will reside in the United States.

About the NFF

As the official national partner to the US Forest Service (USFS), the National Forest Foundation was chartered by Congress in 1990. Today, the NFF advances forest resiliency, healthy watersheds and wildlife habitat, and recreation for all by working with communities and organizations across the country. The Foundation has grown significantly in the last few years in programmatic impact, revenue and support, and organizational capacity. NFF leads with impact, deploying roughly 90% of its expenses towards projects and programs across the country’s 193-million-acre National Forest System. NFF is forward-thinking and innovative, with ambitious strategies and goals to advance and prepare forests for a new economy.

Position Function

The Corporate Partnerships team has ambitious growth objectives, with a goal of increasing corporate revenue from $12 million in 2025 to $30 million by 2030 while building a diversified portfolio of 100 high-profile, recognizable corporate partners.

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships serves as NFF's senior leader for corporate fundraising and engagement and is responsible for developing, owning, and executing a comprehensive
