Gaudenzia is one of the largest nonprofit providers of treatment to people with substance use and co-occurring disorders in the nation. We operate in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

A successful Regional Clinical Director enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and doesn't shy away from honest and caring — yet sometimes difficult — conversations. This position is for you if you're able to treat others with dignity, compassion, and respect, even in life's most challenging moments.

You are an aspiring or experienced leader who has the motivation and ability to develop, influence, train and lead others! You possess the knowledge of ASAM criteria and corresponding levels of care as well as the biopsychosocial characteristics and other comorbid behaviors of substance use disorder and/or mental illness. You possess considerable knowledge of individual and group behavior and the effective ways of working with people based on client-centered principles and Motivational Interviewing strategies to facilitate long-term recovery.

What You'll Do At Gaudenzia

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

• Provide regional clinical leadership for behavioral health and substance use disorder programs across various ASAM Levels of Care (e.g., 0.5–3.7).
• Ensure treatment practices are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based
