We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Radiologist Medical Director / Supervising Physician to lead and oversee our Ultrasound Imaging and Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF). Responsibilities

• Serve as the Supervising Physician/Medical Director for a Medicare-enrolled Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) providing diagnostic ultrasound services.
• Provide direct and ongoing oversight of the quality of diagnostic testing performed in accordance with CMS/Medicare IDTF requirements.
• Oversee and verify the qualificatins and competency of ultrasound technologies and other non-physician personal performing diagnostic testing.
• Provide oversight of proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of ultrasound equipment.
• Ensure diagnostic ultrasound services are performed in accordance with applicable Medicare/CMS requirements, facility policies, and Professional standards.
• Provide the level of physician supervision required by Medicare for the diagnostic procedures performed by the IDTF.
• Review and assist with quality assurance and quality improvement policies related to diagnostic ultrasound services.
• Assist the facility in maintaining compliance with applicable IDTF standards and documentation requirements.
• Complete and signing required Medicare enrollment/IDTF supervising physician attestations and documentation.
