Medical Director – Dermatology / Plastic Surgery / Aesthetic Medicine

EPH Esthetic for Men is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide clinical oversight and medical supervision for our growing medical aesthetics practice in Miami.

We are specifically seeking a physician with a background in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Aesthetic Medicine, with strong experience in injectable and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

The Medical Director will work closely with our licensed Nurse Practitioner and provide appropriate medical oversight for services including:

• Botox and neuromodulators
• Dermal fillers
• Biostimulators, including Sculptra
• IV Therapy
• Patient assessments and treatment planning
• Medical protocols and clinical guidelines
• Medication and treatment oversight
• Patient safety and clinical quality
• Clinical consultation and supervision of the aesthetic team

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License
• Board-certified or board-eligible physician
• Background in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Aesthetic Medicine strongly preferred
• Significant experience with Botox, fillers, biostimulators, and aesthetic medicine
• Ability to provide medical oversight in compliance with Florida law
• Strong understanding of patient safety, documentation, informed consent, and aesthetic medicine

This is a Medical Director / Supervising Physician position. The exact scope of responsibilities and supervision will be structured in accordance with Florida law and the physician's qualifications.

Compensation

Competitive and negotiable based on experience and scope of involvement.
