WHO WE ARE

MADabolic is THE Strength Gym. Founded in Charlotte’s South End in 2011, MADabolic now has roughly 45 locations nationwide. We are hitting the ground running and becoming the FIRST to bring MADabolic to the Orlando area.

Our mission is to be the best in the world at training — and at providing a Third Place — for the everyday athlete and high achiever.

• Strength. The base of our program. Intentional programming with real weights, designed to make you stronger.
• Structure. Five movements, five lanes, 52-week programming. Structure makes repetition possible; repetition makes you strong. The floor is built for scalability and progression, with a level of organization that promotes coaching over chaos.
• Accountability. A one-on-one training experience delivered in a group setting. Form is the keystone of sustainable, injury-free progress. Clients and coaches hold themselves and each other to the highest standard.

THE ROLE

As General Manager of MADabolic Orlando, you run the business. The team, the members, the numbers, and the neighborhood are yours.

But Orlando is different: this is a brand-new MADabolic market. We are not stepping into an established member base or years of local brand awareness. We are building something from the ground up, and we need a GM who is energized by that.
