Remote (U.S.) with travel Travel: Approximately one trip per month. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport.

Compensantion : 60-75k base + commission

After successfully scaling their first franchise brand into a national success, they're building momentum with their second concept and are seeking an experienced Brand Director to help drive the next phase of growth.

Position Summary

The Brand Director will own the franchise development process from initial inquiry through the awarding of franchise territories. You'll work with a steady flow of qualified leads generated through franchise brokers, referral partners, and organic marketing efforts, serving as a trusted advisor while helping prospective franchisees determine whether the opportunity is the right fit.

Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, exceptional relationship-building skills, and prior experience selling franchise opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified franchise development leads from initial contact through signed franchise agreements.
• Conduct discovery calls and educate prospective franchisees on the brand, business model, and investment opportunity.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the franchise development process, including validation, FDD review, Discovery Day, and territory selection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise brokers, referral partners, and industry contacts.
