About the Team

Finance Digital Enablement exists to reimagine how Finance operates through process excellence, digital technologies, AI, automation, and data. Our mission is to build a simpler, smarter, and more scalable Finance organization that delivers greater business value while improving employee experiences and operational effectiveness.

The Transformation Delivery & Enablement team serves as the execution engine for Finance Digital Enablement. We ensure strategic initiatives are delivered consistently, adopted successfully, and produce measurable business outcomes. Through strong governance, disciplined execution, organizational readiness, and value realization, we help Finance accelerate transformation at scale.
