• Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
• Direct business operations by establishing robust processes, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure operational efficiency and profitability; conduct profit and loss analysis regularly.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic plans that align with organizational goals; communicate these strategies effectively across teams.
• Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on operational management, project execution, and team development.
• Utilize data-driven insights for operational analysis, performance measurement, and strategic decision making.
• Oversee project management efforts ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget; implement process improvements based on operational analysis.
• Manage large-scale organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions or internal restructuring efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives, business management, and large-scale organizational change management.
• Demonstrated success in business development management, strategic planning, and executive-level team management.
• Strong background in budget management, financial management including profit and loss analysis, forecasting, and operational budgeting.
• Extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and program management within complex organizations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in data-driven decision making, operational analysis, and strategic management practices.
• Leadership experience supervising diverse teams; adept at managing change in dynamic environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
