CSIK Consulting is a low-voltage and IT infrastructure contractor based in Tyler, Texas. We deliver structured cabling, network infrastructure, wireless, and systems integration for commercial, data center, and government clients.

The Role

We're looking for a proven field operations leader to own the day-to-day running of our field services team. You'll have full authority to schedule, staff, and manage our projects. You'll be supported by a financial analyst, an administrative coordinator, experienced site leads on every job, and automated tools for scheduling and tracking. This role reports directly to ownership and is expected to operate independently.

What You'll Do

Schedule and dispatch technicians and crews across about 30 concurrent projects
Track progress on every job and act the same day when one falls behind
Manage and develop site leads, and hold them accountable for safety, quality, and schedule
Work with partner and client project managers to align scope, schedule, materials, and manpower
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard qualified technicians and leads
Own project budgets, and work with our financial analyst to track budget against actual results and correct overruns early
Manage change orders and escalate scope changes promptly
Deliver a concise weekly operations report covering job status, budgets, staffing, and risks
Support federal and government projects, including site access, badging, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

7+ years leading field operations for a low-voltage, structured cabling, IT, electrical, or similar contractor
Experience managing multiple crews and 15+ concurrent projects
A track record of hiring and keeping skilled field technicians
Experience owning project budgets and job costing
Strong communicator who reports problems early and doesn't wait to be asked
Comfortable with scheduling, dispatch, and project-tracking software
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
