Job Summary

The role of the Director of Business Development is to lead business development, client engagement, and help support operational delivery across our portfolio of security and risk management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring the seamless execution of services that meet and exceed client expectations.

The Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, build trusted partnerships with clients, and serve as a key liaison between clients and ICMG’s operational teams. This is an ideal role for a high-performing professional who brings a consultative sales approach, deep industry insight, and a passion for delivering solutions in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Growth

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across ICMG’s service lines, including risk management, executive protection, workplace violence prevention, intelligence, and investigative services.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads; manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
