TheDirector, Enterprise Rewards Partner is responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, operating model enhancements, governance frameworks, and cross-functional programs that span Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, HR M&A, Mobility, Recognition, and Health and Wellness. The role partners closely with Total Rewards leaders and stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, HR Service Delivery to ensure strategic priorities are effectively translated into scalable solutions, disciplined execution plans and sustainable operating models. In addition, the role retains responsibility for compensation support of Danaher’s corporate functions, providing compensation consultation, analytics and program administration support to functional leadership teams.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Compensation, is part of the Global Total Rewards team, and is fully remote within the United States, with preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
