The Director, Identity Security & Privileged Access Management is responsible for operationalizing and driving Danaher's global Privileged Access Management program — architecting and engineering PAM patterns, governing the platform and its exceptions, and driving adoption across OpCos so that every privileged human and non-human identity is discovered, vaulted, monitored, and governed.

This position reports to the Global Chief Information Security Officer and is part of the enterprise-wide Danaher Information Security (DIS) team; this is a remote associate role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

• Design PAM reference patterns — JIT/JEA, session isolation and recording, vault topology, break-glass, and non-human-identity/secrets management — that other teams adopt.
• Lead hands-on engineering of PAM platform configuration standards, integrations, and automation, including discovery, onboarding, and credential rotation.
• Govern privileged-account onboarding standards, exception requests, and break-glass procedures; drive remediation of coverage gaps across business units.
• Partner across identity, security operations, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and audit teams — each with their own architecture —
