We are assembling the founding team behind a new company designed to challenge one of the largest and most established consumer industries in America.

We aren’t ready to publicly share everything we’re building.

But we can share the thesis

AI is about to dramatically change the economics of selling a home. We intend to be ahead of that change.

We are building a national real estate platform that combines AI-powered listing technology, transparent flat-fee services, and an optional layer of in-person support into a fundamentally different consumer experience.

Not another lead-generation company.

Not another CRM.

Not another slightly cheaper version of a traditional brokerage.

Something different.

And we’re looking for the Founding CTO who wants to build it with us.

Why This Is Interesting

Most startups entering real estate eventually encounter the same problem

They can build the technology.

They can raise money.

They can generate demand.

But actually operating a brokerage nationally introduces an enormous regulatory and licensing challenge.

We have an opportunity to approach the market with licensing capabilities across all 50 states from the beginning.

That changes what can be built.

Instead of proving a concept in one state and spending years assembling the infrastructure required to expand, our ambition is national from day one.

Combine that with experienced leadership, strong sales capabilities, direct industry knowledge and a business model that has already attracted significant interest from venture capital, private industry and strategic players, and we believe the ingredients exist to build something unusually large.
