Build the Technology Behind a Membership-Powered Movement

A.C.E. is seeking a Founding Chief Technology Officer to help take an already developing platform through launch, stabilization, growth, and ultimately scale.

We are intentionally building a welcoming platform for people from different backgrounds who believe in growth, opportunity, connection, purpose, and making a difference.

This is not an idea sitting on a whiteboard.

The A.C.E. website is functional. The membership platform has been established. Core systems including membership functionality, referrals, points and rewards have already been developed, and backend development is actively underway.

Now we are looking for the person who can help take what has been built and get it fully across the finish line.

THE IMMEDIATE MISSION

The first responsibility of the Founding CTO is straightforward

Get A.C.E. technically ready to launch, accept members, process activity reliably, and support growth.

At this stage, we need someone who is willing to be highly hands-on.

That means reviewing what already exists, identifying what remains unfinished, solving technical problems, improving systems where necessary, connecting pieces that need to work together, and helping make sure the platform is secure, stable and launch-ready.

As A.C.E. grows, this role is expected to evolve from hands-on technical execution into full executive leadership of the
