About ALEET

ALEET is a private-driver platform built around pre-booked transportation, driver continuity, multi-stop service, and a higher level of coordination than traditional rideshare.

ALEET already has its core platform, operating model, executive structure, Development team, Marketing infrastructure, and chauffeur/provider workflows in place. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Cofounder to own the Operations Unit and oversee the human operating layer of the company.

The Role

The COO will own and oversee

• Chauffeur and provider onboarding and coordination
• Provider readiness and ongoing communication
• Customer support and service issues requiring human judgment
• Customer and provider exceptions and escalations
• Day-to-day service operations
• Operations talent and future operational scaling
• Oversight of automated workflows where human decisions are required
• Coordination with the CEO, CTO, CMO, and executive leadership

This is not a role where someone is being asked to build the operating model from scratch. ALEET’s core systems and structure are already in place. The COO takes ownership of Operations and ensures that service, providers, customers, and operational workflows function effectively as the company grows.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with real management and operational experience. You do not need to have previously held the title of COO. Strong candidates may come from operations management, general management, regional management, customer operations, transportation, hospitality, logistics, or another environment where they have been responsible for people, service, and day-to-day execution.

The right person should be comfortable making decisions, managing people, solving operational problems, communicating directly with customers and providers when necessary, and taking responsibility for an entire operating function.

Compensation & Executive Economics

Starting compensation: $150,000 per year.

ALEET operates through Principal Units, with the COO responsible for the Operations Unit. The Operations Unit participates in 25% of ALEET’s quarterly Distributable Profit under the company’s executive economic structure.

Long-term equity is earned separately based on lasting contribution and documented performance, with an executive equity cap of up to 25%.

Work Structure

Remote within the United States.

This is a senior operating position with direct responsibility for ALEET’s Operations Unit and participation in the company’s executive leadership.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
