Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to ensure fiscal health and growth.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions, including financial statement analysis, interpretation, and reporting in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards).
• Manage risk analysis processes, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance, risk management frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Lead treasury management activities such as cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity.
• Direct revenue management initiatives including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and profit & loss analysis to maximize profitability.
• Oversee mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting market analysis, financial due diligence, valuation assessments, and integration planning.
• Supervise financial software systems and accounting systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data security.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to develop financial projection models that support bus
