As an experienced VP, Sales West, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. The Enterprise Sales Leader will partner closely with our Marketing, Product and Client Management teams. You will build a comprehensive sales strategy and oversee the company's performance and creativity in a fast paced mission-driven environment. A self-starter that has a vision to drive and scale Kindbody during our rapid expansion with experience with managing a dynamic sales team. Location: Remote Responsibilities:* Exceed sales objectives by hiring, leading and developing the sales management and sales representatives into a high performing sales team within assigned channels. * Maximize the sales team through detailed management of team performances and budgets. * Manage employer sales pipeline across the organization to support ALL employer sales (across multiple sales leaders; which in the interim may be spread across the organization) + Assist with the development of employer sales strategy and targets + Refine and ensure consistency across branded collateral, proposal deck, website, social media, etc + Develop employer-specific follow-up, proposals and pitch decks based on unique company characteristics, existing coverage, and state regulations for all empl
