VP of Growth — Meta-First Men's Health & Longevity Brand (Remote)

Who we are

MaleMD is a five-year-old men's telehealth brand. We started in men's sexual health and built a proven, profitable subscription business scaled through Meta paid social.

Now we're expanding into longevity. Peptide therapy, hormone optimization, NAD+ — the category is exploding, and we already have the customers, the physician network, the pharmacy infrastructure, and a paid-acquisition engine that works. This is an established brand stepping into a much bigger arena, and we're looking for the right operator to grow it.

The opportunity

You'll own new-customer acquisition — the CPA and the scale — on multiple seven figures a month in paid spend, with the authority to move fast. Decisions get made in a conversation, not a quarter. You'll be scaling an engine that already works into a category with real tailwind. For a director-level operator ready to own the whole number, seats like this don't come up often.

What you'll own

*The Meta account.* Meta drives this business and you'll know it at the level of what ran yesterday and why. We run Google too (you'll manage that buyer as well), but Meta depth is the job, not channel breadth.

*The creative engine.* A creative team produces the statics and video — you don't design and you don't draft the briefs, but you quarterback it: you own the angles we take, keep volume and variety flowing per offer, spot the winners, and push more of them. Our growth model is creative throughput and fast iteration. If your last shop shipped two hero assets a quarter, this is a different sport.

*The funnel.* Landing pages, checkout, conversion — you drive the testing roadmap with our dev and outside page resources. You diagnose before you act: when CPA moves, you know whether it's CPM, creative, the page, or the checkout, and you fix the stage that's actually broken.

*The media buyers.* They execute; you make sure what runs matches the brand's strategy and hits the number.

What success looks like

*Within 90 days:* you own the Meta account and the creative cadence — you know what ran, why, and what's next without anyone briefing you. A testing rhythm across creative and funnel is running weekly.

*Within 6 months:* spend is up at target CPA, new-customer volume is up, and the longevity line is scaling on the same engine.

Who you are

A director of performance marketing ready for the VP seat — or a VP who never stopped being an operator. Still hands-on, still in the account, hungry to own the whole number.

You've done this at a real brand — a DTC or subscription business at meaningful scale, where you personally owned Meta acquisition rather than managing a team or agency that did. You can name the account, the spend, the CPA before and after, and what you changed, because you were the one who changed it. You've run a creative pipeline: decided what got made, identified why the winners won, pushed more of them. You've run a landing-page testing loop through a dev. You've built lifecycle across email and SMS and can say what it did to revenue and retention.

When CAC moves, your instinct is to break it apart — CPM, click-through, add-to-cart, checkout — and rank the stages by the dollars they're costing, not reach for a blended number. You understand subscription economics and gated funnels, or you think in stages well enough to learn ours fast.

You answer questions about your work with figures, in first person. You'd rather be in the account finding the broken stage than in a meeting about it.

Who you're not

Someone whose main experience is a Shopify store you owned that didn't take off — we need experience working *for* an actual brand at scale. The omnichannel diversifier spread across six platforms with no real ownership of paid social. The executive whose value is "building a growth org." The agency manager who ran growth by managing vendors. The fluent generalist who talks CAC and LTV but goes vague when asked for the actual number. No hard feelings — wrong seat.

Process

Remote. Two conversations — first with our VP of Ops/Growth, who works inside this role today and knows exactly what fit looks like, then with the CEO. No panel gauntlet. Offer inside two weeks for the right person.

To apply

Complete our application at https://screening.malemd.com/ — seven questions about work you've personally done, about five minutes for a real operator. Applications through Indeed alone are not reviewed; the form is the application.
