Vice President - Regional Manager - Liability

POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Risk Management Strategies of Liability, provides strategic and operational leadership for the development, growth, profitability, and overall performance of the Risk Management Strategies business. This position is responsible for developing and executing sustainable business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, resolving complex business and client issues, and establishing policies, procedures, and operational standards that drive quality, accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President participates in developing and executing long-term organizational strategies and provides leadership and direction to the Property and Liability functions. The position maintains significant responsibility for financial performance, client and carrier relationships, business development, service delivery, talent management, and strategic initiatives.
