The Vice President, Provider Recruitment is a strategic leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing Integrated Dermatology’s national provider recruitment function. This individual will lead a high-performing team while developing and executing innovative strategies to attract top dermatology talent across the country.

This role is highly visible and instrumental in shaping the long-term growth of the organization through thoughtful workforce planning, strong residency program engagement, and best-in-class recruitment practices. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers.

Job Description

Provide strategic leadership for all provider recruitment initiatives, aligning hiring strategies with the company’s long-term growth objectives. Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on results and relationship-building. Design and execute a comprehensive residency program strategy, including building partnerships with dermatology residency programs and strengthening early-career pipelines. Develop and enhance the organization’s provider recruitment brand and value proposition within the dermatology community. Partner closely with executive leadership, operations leaders, and practice partners to forecast hiring needs and ensure proactive workforce planning.
