Qualifications and Detail about the Position

#### Summary:

Reporting to the Regional President, the Vice President of Operations leads the day-to-day operations of the business in a designated region and advises the Regional President on the execution and direction of the region’s financial performance, operations, and strategy. The position ensures that the region achieves sustainable performance in a safe and ethical manner that enhances the company’s reputation in the marketplace, with customers, and in the communities where the company does business.

#### Essential Functions

• Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
• Assist in the development, direction, and sustainment of Brock’s performance-oriented cultures that embrace Bsafe and Bbest.
• Ensure operational excellence and effective implementation of the company’s strategies.
• Provide leadership that fosters a competitive, collaborative, high-performance team.
• Adopt broad business concepts and apply them to enhance profitability, grow the business, and set organizational policies.
• Establish Regional Strategic Account Management, Product Service Line, and department and functional goals and budgets; manage performance against those plans.
• Develop and ensure compliance with annual regional operations and capital budgets.
• Focus on building the most efficient and cost-effective operating model across geographies and customer contract structures.
