Position Summary: The VP of Sales will lead Brew Dr.’s national sales strategy and execution, driving profitable revenue growth across our expanding functional beverage portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will oversee all sales functions, including national accounts, distributor and broker management, strategic customer development, and sales planning. This role will partner closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product development to execute commercial initiatives that accelerate growth, build & strengthen customer relationships, and expand our market presence. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Brew Dr.’s national sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Establish annual sales plans, forecasts, and performance targets aligned with company goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, customers, and product portfolios.
• Develop and implement customer strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform sales priorities.
• Lead all sales functions, including national accounts, regional sales, brokers, distributors, and strategic partnerships.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and execution.
• Establish disciplined sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
• Strengthen distributor and broker partnerships to maximize market coverage and execution.
• Negotiate key customer agreements and lead high-level customer relationships.
• Expand distribution and deepen relationships across grocery, natural, club, convenience, foodservice, and mass retail channels.
