Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Vice President of Business Development, Physician Search with The Medicus Firm, an M3 company. This role has up to 25% travel.

Job Description
The Vice President of Business Development leads sales strategy and team performance within the Business Development department. This role combines hands-on leadership — coaching, mentoring, and managing individual accounts — with high-level strategic ownership of team goals, client relationships, and revenue growth.
