Opportunity

L+M Companies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Vice President to support investment strategy, fund-side and acquisition rehab origination and selected asset management initiatives across L+M’s West Coast portfolio.

This role will spend significant time originating and screening new multifamily investment opportunities for LMFM’s fund vehicles, including identifying deals that may be well-suited for 4% LIHTC executions, while also helping asset manage select West Coast assets and supporting senior leadership on market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Originate and screen multifamily investment opportunities nationally for LMFM’s fund vehicles, with a strong focus on the West Coast and other target growth markets.
• Evaluate whether potential acquisitions are suitable for conventional equity, public-private partnership, or 4% LIHTC execution strategies.
• Support a high volume of fund-side origination by tracking pipeline activity, assessing market fit, and prioritizing opportunities for senior leadership review.
• Underwrite prospective investments, including financial mode
