Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary VP, Brand and Creative with proven expertise in the beauty, wellness, fashion or lifestyle categories to lead our creative vision and brand strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative instinct with strategic brand thinking, team leadership capabilities, and process-oriented management. This role leads our creative output across all channels—from digital and social to influencer partnerships and earned media—while managing a talented creative team, an influencer manager, and external agencies. This position requires both a discriminating creative eye and the ability to build scalable systems, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive measurable results for the business.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing creative team (designers, copywriters, in-house production and editing) as well as influencer and PR; cultivate an environment of creative excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Evolve and protect our established brand strategy, ensuring its continued relevance and strength in the medical aesthetics market; make strategic decisions that build brand equity, reputation, and identity over time; translate brand strategy into cohesive visual identity, creative direction, and organic content framework across all channels
• Lead creative direction and concepting for all marketing initiatives—paid campaigns, organic content, social assets, and partnerships; develop captivating visual narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target consumers and enhance brand recognition; expand on partnerships with aesthetics adjacent brands
• Oversee production of a high volume of visual and written content for multiple marketing channels, including in-house production of paid and organic social media assets, email creative, and website content; implem
