Reporting to the COO, this Senior Executive will lead our liquid asphalt business with end-to-end accountability for purchasing, risk management, profitability, and growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in liquid procurement and supply chain management, with a strong background in growing profitability and a proven track record to developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities

• Leads strategy, execution and day-to-day operations of liquid asphalt business unit.
• Provide guidance and oversight of all liquid asphalt purchasing activities, ensuring optimal sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost efficiency at scale.
• Lead all wholesale liquid asphalt procurement activities, including supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and purchase approvals. Manage all liquid asphalt procurement personnel, with overall responsibility for employee safety, development, and operational performance.
• Accountable for AMAT’s liquid asphalt margins by optimizing the company’s supply position to achieve the lowest wholesale material costs while maximizing storage and terminal efficiencies, driving unit margin expansion, profitability, and EBITDA growth. Has mentality of driving highest end-to-end line of business margin for CRH.
