Senior Director, Programmatic B2B

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Director, Programmatic to oversee day-to-day operations and manage the programmatic buying division of multiple B2B clients! Reporting into the SVP, B2B, you’ll help define the vision, structure, and best practices for a growing B2B programmatic group as new clients and business needs expand.

You’ll install best-in-class operational practices tailored to B2B buying cycles, enterprise-level audience segmentation, and multi-stakeholder decision journeys. You’ll also contribute to business development efforts, helping win new B2B clients through thought leadership and pitch participation. The Director is expected to be pivotal in the onboarding of new advertisers and recovering good standing with difficult accounts. The role includes internal and external Programmatic education on Capabilities and New Ad Tech Tools.

You’ll be responsible for owning the business relationship with your client(s), agency, and team, in addition to ensuring the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns. In the role, you will be fostering strong relationships with respective digital agency counterparts, clients and external partners. In addition, you will be expected to be the team’s source of expertise and point of escalation for all aspects of a campaign’s execution including implementation, optimization and inventory and audience strategy.
