Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Direct the timely preparation of all financial statements for organization and related entities as well as governmental agency reports * oversight of the control environment, ensuring Sox Compliance * Aligning to shareholder reporting requirements, month end/quarter end/year end and adhoc * Supervise all accounting functions ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements, including DCAA, DCMA, FAR and CAS * Work closely with President and CEO to manage banking relationships and treasury functions, including cash flow projections, to ensure adequate funds to meet the corporation’s needs. * Evaluate and manage financial risks and develops plans and programs to minimize and contain risk exposures * Prepare and monitor annual budgets in keeping with business and financial strategy of organization; identify variances and develop appropria
