Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA with an office in New York, NY, Birdy Grey supports remote work for eligible roles. We ask that all employees travel to either office once a quarter. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. *#LI-Remote*

Wedding planning starts 12 to 18 months before the day, and a bride isn't browsing. She's building. She's coordinating a group across cities, making decisions in stages, and looking for a brand she can trust with a moment that only happens once. Our site is where all of that happens, which makes it one of the highest-leverage surfaces in the business.

Birdy Grey is hiring a Sr. Director, Digital Product to lead the digital product experience across Product Management, Product Design, Site Merchandising, and Web & Platform Operations. This is a player-coach role, deliberately. You'll set direction across the function and develop the people around you, and you'll also remain a senior individual-contributor Product Manager on some of our highest-priority initiatives: framing problems, writing requirements, working through tradeoffs with Design and Engineering, analyzing results, and getting products over the finish line.
