Immediate Position Summary: Trulieve is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Transformation & Operations to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise marketing technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the bridge between Marketing, Technology, Data, Product, and Retail Operations to drive digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and marketing effectiveness at scale. In addition, this role will own the end-to-end workflow infrastructure, including architecting smarter processes, accelerating throughput, and embedding AI-enabled personalization capabilities into the fabric of how our marketing organization works. This individual will also own customer experience insights from Medallia and Google.
