Goodwill is one of the largest social enterprises in North America: approximately 150 independent member organizations, roughly 3,300 stores, and about $9 billion in annual network revenue. The network is remaking how it operates. Modern stores. New donation acquisition infrastructure. Proven practices deployed at scale. The constraint is capital.

The Goodwill Growth and Modernization Fund removes that constraint. GGMF is a revolving loan fund providing below-market financing for member modernization and growth projects. It operates through Goodwill Mission and Job Creation Services, Inc. (GMJCS), an existing 501(c)(3) supporting organization of Goodwill Industries International (GII), governed by an independent board seated in June 2026.

The model is proven, not theoretical. A predecessor fund deployed $8.7 million across 12 Goodwill organizations from 2013 to 2019 with 100 percent repayment and zero credit losses. Those dollars produced 664 direct jobs and approximately $390 million in annualized community wages.

This role builds what comes next. The Senior Director, Capital Programs and Advisory role will stand up a disciplined lending institution, advise members on capital strategy, and grow the platform from a $30 million launch target toward a $100 million ambition. This is a founder-level scope with institutional backing: an experienced independent Board, GII's national platform, and a member network with demonstrated demand for capital.

BASIC FUNCTION

Executive leader of GMJCS, accountable for re-launching, operating and scaling the organization and the capital funds it administers, including GGMF and successor funds. Directs
